WhatsApp conversations are billed by Meta, to you, on your own account. Rates vary by country and conversation category and are published by Meta. We have no visibility into that invoice and take no share of it — which is why nothing on this page is priced per message.

Pricing questions

Is there a free plan?
No. There is a 30-day trial with every feature enabled. A free-forever tier attracts low-intent signups that can damage the quality rating of the shared platform, which would hurt every customer on it.
Do you charge per message or per conversation?
Never. Plans are priced on capability and seats. Message volume affects your Meta bill, not ours.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down. Changes take effect at your next renewal.
What counts as a seat?
Any team member with a login. Starter is deliberately single-seat; from Growth up, seats are unlimited.
