Media library
Upload once, reuse everywhere
Images, video, audio, documents and stickers in one library, available to every chatbot flow and every conversation.
Deduplicated by content
Files are addressed by a hash of their contents, so uploading the same image twice stores it once. Your library stays the size of what is actually in it, not the number of times someone uploaded it.
Checked by content, not by name
Uploads are validated against their magic bytes rather than the declared type or file extension, so a file that claims to be an image but is not gets rejected at the door.
Faster repeat sends
The first send uploads bytes to Meta and caches the media id it returns, with its expiry. Every send after that reuses the id instead of re-uploading the file.
One library, every surface
The same asset can be attached to a chatbot node, dropped into a live conversation, or reused across flows. There is no separate per-feature upload to keep in step.
Filter by type
The library is paged and filterable by media type, so finding the right document among a few hundred images does not mean scrolling.
Deletion warns you first
Chatbot flows reference assets by URL, so removing one that a live flow still uses would break that step. The delete confirmation calls this out before you commit.
